High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – 2
This is a short, sweet, straight up work out! No props needed, just you and your mat! We open up this HIIT class with stationary core holds to build strength and take it through some to-the-point Sun Salutations. You can expect no more than 20 reps per exercise but we transition quick to ignite the cardio and build heat!
