Practicing since 2003, Alexandra’s life has been transformed in many ways through her yoga journey, and she believes the practice can be a powerful tool to dig deep within yourself and rediscover your true nature while working towards better health, greater clarity,  and inner peace.  Alexandra loves sharing the practice and philosophy of yoga with her community and strives to be an energetic and passionate teacher so she can creatively teach others how to physically, mentally, and spiritually become stronger and more resilient in life.
