Nancy’s yoga journey began after the loss of a close friend. She found her time on the mat to be a welcoming place to walk through the healing process and to reconnect with what ultimately matters in this life. Nancy has a passion for the introspective and nurturing practice of yin yoga. In her classes, she works to create a safe space for her students to tune into their truest needs, practicing yoga from the inside out. Her goal is to leave practitioners feeling encouraged and reconnected at the end of each class experience.
